Cancellation Policy

Read before Scheduling Below

Below are the new policies regarding cancellations. Due to increasing numbers of patients, we have been forced to change our fees so that patients that need and want our help have the opportunity to schedule an appointment. 

  • If you call/text 24+ hours before your appointment to cancel you will NOT receive a fee
  • If you call within the 24 hour time period before your appointment you will receive a $75 late cancellation fee.
  • If you are an established patient and do not call or show up to a follow-up appointment, you will receive a $147 fee. 
  • If you are a new patient and do not call or show up to your appointment you will receive a $218 fee. 

Effective Jan 11th, 2022 we will require a card on file at all times unless an agreement has already been made with Kayla or one of our billing staff stating otherwise. By accepting this agreement you hereby give us the permission to charge the card on file if any of the listed scenarios above apply to you. If the card on file has been declined for any of the fees listed above we hold the right to move you to our walk-in only days that start on January 20th and continue every other Thursday after.
